Cardiff University in Wales will launch an International Study Centre next year, to provide more international students with an opportunity to study at the renowned research-led university.

The ISC will give international students a route into both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the prestigious Russell Group institution. The first intake of students will be in September 2020.

“We look forward to welcoming the first cohort onto campus”

Through pathway courses taught at the ISC and designed specifically with Cardiff University, students will be offered routes into a wide range of degrees, including STEM, business, media and communications, and medicine and dentistry courses.

The ISC and pathway provision will be managed by Study Group.

“Cardiff University is already home to over 7,900 international students from more than 120 countries, attracted by its world-leading teaching and the affordability and vibrancy of Cardiff itself,” said Cardiff University president and vice-chancellor, Colin Riordan.
“Study Group’s experience in recruiting and educating a diverse mix of international students from all over the world is invaluable to us. We look forward to welcoming the first cohort onto campus.”
